Arrived Heathrow

The flight was great. I moved through security quickly, got my bags and made my way to the Underground, where I hit my first snag of the day. The machine would not read my Visa card, which is strange. I also have no idea how the ticketing works as I tried to use the ticket at the gate and was then waved through the disabled gate by an amused agent. My first impressions of the Tube cars are that they are very small compared to Chicago’s L trains. But they are also much quieter and seem to move faster. Looking forward to getting to the hotel.
