The Lord Mayor’s Show is on Saturday morning.  The driver who took me to the hotel from London City Airport last night told me that I wouldn’t be able to get out of town on Saturday morning…the day of my flight home.  Luckily he clarified - the tube is fine (my mode of transportation), cars will be jammed.

This morning I saw the preparation for the parade.  Stands have been set up on both sides of the street of St. Paul’s to view the procession.
