The motto of London is “Domine dirige nos”, which translates as “Lord, guide us”. This is a picture of a trash can on the side of St. Paul’s Cathedral.

Back home, the trash cans are green or blue with the stenciled name of the responsible municipality painted on the top or side.  Over here, trash cans are black and get dragons and latin inscriptions, with references to deities.
