End of week birthday celebration

We celebrated Brita’s birthday with Auntalie, Uncle Stefan, Markus and Tobias.  We have several traditions for birthdays, including funny hats and a selection of unusual ice creams and/or sorbets. The day concluded with the younger kids playing the Wii and the ‘older kids’ playing games of Apples to Apples and Bananagrams.

After the party, we all headed off to a hotel to finish the week-long celebration.  We spent Sunday night swimming and topped it off with KFC.
